Site Supervisor
Location: San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily jobsite operations for commercial and residential concrete projects
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain project schedules
Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
Monitor quality control and compliance with structural requirements
Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
Communicate progress updates with project managers and leadership
Maintain organized documentation and daily reports
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in concrete construction supervision (commercial preferred)
Strong understanding of structural concrete, flatwork, and site development
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
Leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Equipment Operator
Location: San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, and concrete preparation
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Assist with site preparation and subgrade compaction
Coordinate with supervisors and crew members to maintain workflow
Follow safety protocols and equipment operation guidelines
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience operating construction equipment
Experience with skid steers, excavators, loaders, or similar machinery
Understanding of grading and site preparation techniques
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to safety and jobsite awareness

Location: San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities:
Perform finishing on slabs, sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and structural surfaces
Operate hand tools and powered finishing equipment safely and efficiently
Apply curing, sealing, and surface treatments as required
Ensure surface accuracy, leveling, and compliance with specifications
Work closely with crew members to meet deadlines
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a concrete finisher (commercial preferred)
Knowledge of hand tools, power trowels, screeds, and finishing equipment
Ability to interpret basic project specifications
Strong attention to detail and surface quality
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
